AMNN offers several membership categories to suit different museums, organisations and individuals. Each category is designed to reflect how members engage with the Network and their role in supporting Australia’s aviation heritage.

MUSEUM MEMBER

Aviation Museums

Who it’s For

Volunteer-based, not-for-profit aviation museums open to the public

Key Features

  • Included on the AMNN Trail Map
  • Listed on the AMNN website
  • Attend AMNN events, conferences & forums
  • Voting member of AMNN
  • Eligible to nominate a representative to the AMNN Board
  • Annual Membership: $250

MUSEUM MEMBER

Institutional Member

Who it’s For

Government or publicly accountable museums with aviation collections and a volunteer workforce

Key Features:

  • Included on the AMNN Trail Map
  • Listed on the AMNN website
  • Attend AMNN events, conferences & forums
  • Voting member of AMNN
  • Not eligible to nominate a Board representative
  • Annual Membership: $250

AFFILIATE MEMBER

Affiliate Organisations

Who it’s For

Organisations that support AMNN’s purpose and activities

Key Features:

  • Included on the AMNN Trail Map
  • Listed on the AMNN website
  • Attend AMNN events, conferences & forums
  • Non-voting membership
  • Requires a proposer and seconder
  • Annual Membership: $250

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER

Who it’s For

Individuals who represent or support an aviation museum and wish to stay connected to the national Aviation Museum sector

Key Features

  • Part of Australia’s national aviation museum network

  • Attend AMNN events, conferences & forums

  • Receive AMNN communications and updates

  • Non-voting membership

  • Annual Membership: $250

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Who it’s For

Individuals who wish to support Australia’s aviation heritage and stay informed about the work of AMNN and the Aviation Museum sector

  • Attend AMNN events, conferences & forums

  • Receive AMNN communications and updates

  • Non-voting membership

  • Requires a Proposer and Seconder

  • Annual Membership: $75
